WASCA has a number of resources to help you recruit, retain and reward your volunteers. After all, your volunteers are your most precious resource.
If you have exhausted the pool of volunteers at your school it’s time to spread the net a little wider. Many Parent bodies and canteens are reaching out to agencies such as Seek, Volunteering WA and local resource centres to engage with a whole new pool of people other then those directly involved with the school community.
